Thanks to mnemex, I now have a Sidekick III. It'll take a while for me to settle into it, but I do have some idea of where all the buttons are.

Dunno. He thinks I should be, but have the sound off, and only check it at my leisure.

My biggest problem is that I like my phone playing Hope Eyrie, and I don't think T-Mobile has it for sale or would make it for what I'd be willing to pay.

Can you hook the beast up to your computer? You may be able to upload ringtones yourself. (I can on my phone.)

The issue is that T-Mobile doesn't let you program your own, and the song I use is an original filk song, with original music and all. I will be stunned if T-Mobile has it for download.

I'm on T-Mobile. It's possible your phone won't let you, but they allow it on some phones.
