Over here. There's also a link to the musicals being used -- but understand that this is the full range, plus alternatives. The exact musicals are going to be selected via combination of consensus and benevolent dictatorship. And characters and plots from one musical will be folded into another.
There are over 200 characters from the various musicals, and these must be winnowed down to 75.
I like the selection of musicals. A lot of my favorites are there, and I would love, love, love to play Charity from Sweet Charity.
Am I right in understanding that they fit the characters from one musical into another? Because it would be tremendous fun to play Charity as say, Squeaky Fromme from Assassins. You could even mix in the girl who sings Another Suitcase in Evita and make her a really hard-luck character who goes nuts and tries to kill the president. The hard-on-her luck girl who goes from being a rejected lover, to a dancehall girl to a would-be assassin is almost believable in a modern plot arc.
Basically, yes. Check out my (loong) write ups on labcats. I can email you the pdf of my character sheet if you like, as Dolly was:
1. Dolly Levi from Hello Dolly 2. Dolly from Annie Get Your Gun 3. Grace from Annie 4. Mrs. Johnson from How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying 5. The lady with the key to the boss's logbook in The Pajama Game 6. The secretary who overhears the other secretaries fantasizing about kidnapping and poisoning their boss in 9 to 5
Daddy Warbucks was also the president of World Wide Wickets.

That is, the rights to part 1. The current game being created is part 2.
