Parent Update: I need a little help

So, we're at the point where my brother and I are meeting with folks at the hospital tomorrow to discuss what happens next. Short version: We think it's time to bring our father home, and we don't expect him to live long once that happens.

I am confident that our father did not deal with funerary arrangements, including cemetery, mortuary, or rabbi. I have no idea how to set all of this up. Anyone know?

My father is Jewish and, when last we spoke on the matter, did want a simple funeral.
