For those interested who do not already know:
The entire board has resigned or announced its intention to do so. The board has five members and made the initial decision. If I understand correctly, this was not a unanimous decision.
The board for Readercon is not the same as the Readercon Convention Committee. The Committee voted to overturn the board's decision and has issued this statement.
