Update: Waiting for Philly

I called the superintendent today. The good news: The insurance folks came and took pictures. The bad news: There was sufficient damage to the building that the folks from the central insurance office in Philadelphia need to come out in person before the superintendent gets to start having repairs made. He thinks they may come on Friday.

I think that this means we will not be able to sleep in our apartment on Sunday, and quite possibly not for much of next week.
