The Hugo Awards site shows that the 1970 Hugo Award for Best Dramatic Presentation went to: TV Coverage of Apollo XI.
I'm not sure what the name of the video of the Curiosity footage I saw is, and no one has thus far objected to my suggestion that it be nominated for Best Dramatic Presentation, Short Form. Nevertheless, I thought I would point out that we have precedent.
