Next step?

I have a sort of map of files/web pages on paper. Of course, many of these files don't currently exist. Some are purely theoretical; others exist as part of other files. We also have some pseudo-markup, as opposed to actual html/xml markup.

mnemex tells me that the next step is to modify or create a few top level pages with the pseudo-markup, modifying the markup as needed, so long as we both know what's being used for what. After that, we'll see.
