Two Weekends of Larping

The weekend before last, I played in Torch of Freedom, which was a blast, and mnemex helped run it. We let ourselves be talked into going to Intercon MidAtlantic by zrealm. This was also fun. I need to write down the principles I learned from these cons so that I can apply them to the larps I'm working on. I'll probably put these in labcats.
