agrumer, mnemex, and I trundled into the city. mnemex headed off to Neutral Ground, while the rest of us went to the Ben & Jerry's at 43rd and 8th. It was crowded, probably the after-theater crowd. And when folks got up from booths and tables, -no one- did the send one person from the group to claim them. It just didn't seem right, I think.
We were there, as opposed to anywhere else, cuzagrumer wanted a waffle cone, but B&J were fresh out, alas. Still, we got ice cream, and he headed for the back, where we found a booth waiting for us. Mmm, ice cream.
