My ear has been seen to by the doctor and is doing better.

mnemex's workplace, and apparently needs a firmware update, which we can do on our end.
I have received my characters for the three larps I'm playing in at Intercon I.
Straightjackets Optional, of which I am part, is running two larps at Intercon I. The new one is coming along nicely, although, as always, an extra month would be useful. We are trying to keep things neat so that it will be easy to box this one for future runs. We have two thirds of next year's larp written. Hey, we had to do something when we needed a break!
