Everyone knows that breakfast is The Most Important Meal of the Day. And I do enjoy a large breakfast. But I think I'm finding that it is better for me to go without it during the work week.
I do want to be able to nosh on small things at work before lunch -- a cookie or two, a granola bar -- if I get hungry. But skipping breakfast seems to keep me less sleepy. Anyone else wired like this?
