I called ASUS to ask about a new B key. This is apparently beyond the company's capabilities -- but, thanks to the warranty, I am eligible for an advance and exchange on an entire keyboard. Okay, this requires fax technology, one of the types we're actually not easily set up for, but this is a soluable problem.
