I'm expecting to have to make some tricky calls here, and one of them's going to be on the Best Related Work Hugo. One piece of data I need: In what ways does the Third Edition of The Encyclopedia of Science Fiction differ from the Second?
I'm trying to figure out how to answer that questions, even assuming I have access to the full text of both, which is not impossible. What is probably not possible is for me to read both editions in toto and review the other entries in the category and look at the other categories (and, of course, do non-Hugo related things).
