Google reminded me of the day. We're currently listening to Fionnula Flannigan reading Penelope/Molly's monologue. She started properly after 10 pm with the obligatory announcement by Isaiah Sheffer about adult content and language. I remember the first time I heard her do it at Symphony Space, where they'd read lots more from Ulysses. The audience cracked up with laughter when the adult content warning was made -- we'd heard sections from Circe (the brothel and Bloom's fantasies) and all of "An Encounter", though I grant that doesn't actually say anything explcit.
After about a sentence-worth of the monologue,
mnemex said that he saw why Fionnula Flannigan is the one Symphony Space prefers to read it when she's available.
