redbird's mother is fine. Okay, I don't actually know the woman, but I knew where she lived, and I was glad for the confirmation. Michael Cule and simreeve both confirmed that they were fine, and living a good distance outside of London, as I've about as much idea of British geography as the folks who called to check up on me when I was living in LA had of California after an earthquake in San Francisco. And Lee Gold emailed to say that Paul Holman is fine.
