We've been working our way at snail's pace through the Eccleston Doctor Who episodes. When [livejournal.com profile] mnemex got the DVD of the first season of The Muppet Show, that took precedence. I tended not to be in the mood for anything requiring heavy concentration, and I knew that we were about to hit a two parter. One 2-part episode = 2 hours. For that, we could see 4 episodes of Muppets, or even one or two, and get to bed less than utterly late.

But, we finished that DVD set, and tonight, we watched "The Empty Child" and "The Doctor Dances", which were up for the Hugo for Short Dramatic Presentation. Very well done, and now, of course, we want to see Torchwood.

Though actually, first you want to see the rest of that season of Doctor Who. Jack hangs around with Rose and the Doctor as another companion. And there’s stuff in there that precedes Torchwood.

Well, seeing as how the Doctor Whos are on loan from you guys, that's appropriate. And, we do want to borrow Battlestar Galactica at some point.
